  • All our pieces are built to be durable with premium structural grade birch and are produced using hardwearing UV lightfast inks designed to last a lifetime.

If your pieces require cleaning or dusting:

Birch: Can be dusted with a standard feather duster or cleaned with a damp lint-free cloth. Avoid mircofibre cloths, towels etc as the loops in the material can pull at the timber fibres. Areas that are unprinted (backs, borders, edges, engraves) can be wiped with a damp cloth or isopropyl cleaning alcohol for marks/stains.

Tas Oak: Can be dusted with a standard feather duster or cleaned with a damp lint free cloth.

  • Birch Photoblocks (up to & including A3 size):

Your Photoblock is supplied with our clever Floating Photoblock Stand, made from revolutionary recycled materials. The stand will be supplied to you in an envelope or a clear bag along with your order and will have small text indicating which way to insert it.

Block shapes with flat bases (ie arch, regtangle, square) can also be stood vertically on their edge if that’s the look you prefer in your space.

    Using your Floating Photoblock Stand:

Insert the piece into the hole in the reverse of your block until it ‘clicks’ into place, covering the text on the edge. There will be a bit of resistance when inserting - this is a good thing and is what allows the stand to lock into place so your pieces stand solid as a rock. if you have multiple pieces, check

  • Wooden puzzles, learning aids & milestones are made from Tas Oak or Pine Wood. These products often contain an invisible coating to help with cleaning and water resistance. For marks or spills, they can be wiped down with a dry cloth or damp lint free cloth (avoid microfibre cloths and towels as they can tug at that fibres in the wood)

We remove these before goods are packed & shipped, but on rare occasions a small piece of masking tape may have been missed - you can easily just peel this off!
