Q. I don’t have my photos ready - can i still shop the sale?
A. Absolutely! Just click the checkbox ‘i will supply my photos later’ or mention in the order notes at checkout. This way you can buy at sale prices & supply your photos whenever you are ready! No rush!

Q. My order is for mother’s day - will it arrive in time?
A. It absolutely will! We aim to have pieces within your hands within 10 days, or if you need it sooner, select express shipping a let us know when! Easter is a great time to get ahead of your mothers day gift buying and save a penny in the process.

Q. My order is a gift - can i send it directly to them?
A. Yes! Our products are always nicely wrapped and presented, so there is no problems sending it as a gift directly to your loved ones. We never put invoices in your delivery, so it is always fine to send directly as a gift!

Q. How do i see a preview of my order?
A. We send previews of all orders prior to production so you can check every little detail, we’ll never start production unless you’re 100% happy everything is perfect! We’re pros at making your photos work in all sorts of wonderful shapes & make sure you always love the final product (check out our reviews!). In the rare situation we can’t make your images work, swapping shapes, products or a store credit or refund is never a worry.

If you want to see a preview prior to purchasing: you can email your images and what products you are after to info@printonwood.com.au & we’ll send you back previews within business hours on monday. We don’t use a preview tool on the website as our team of superstars are total experts at making your images magically fit all sorts of shapes! It’s what we do!
