  • All black friday orders will currently be delivered prior to xmas. Our last date for xmas orders will depend on capacity & the timings australia post and our couriers are quoting.

    We will always publish our cutoffs on our website & socials.

  • Absolutely! Just click the checkbox ‘i will supply my photos later’ or mention in the order notes at checkout. This way you can buy at sale prices & supply your photos whenever you are ready.

  • Yes! Our products are always nicely wrapped, protected and presented so they are great to send directly to your loved ones. We never put invoices in you delivery, so it is always fine to send directly as a gift.

  • Eligable single blocks will prompt you to add your engrave when you upload your photos. For sets, you can add on the free engraving here. Please note that due to size limitations we cannot engrave pieces larger than 100cm.

  • Absolutely. Our studio & workshop is located in Cheltenham, Vic. Simply select PICKUP at checkout & we will sing out when your order is ready to collect.

  • We send previews of all orders prior to production so you can check every little detail & we’ll never start production unless you’re 100% happy everything is perfect!

    In the very unusual situation we can’t make your images work on your chosen pieces, changing sizes, shapes or a quick refund is not a problem.

We don’t use a preview tool on the website as our team of superstars are total experts at making your images magically fit all sorts of shapes! It’s what we do all day every day!
